Company overview

We engage in a wide range of business activities, focusing primarily on major companies in the manufacturing and service industries. Our main business areas include human resource development support, planner products, and publishing. In the human resource development support business, we offer tier-based education and skill training programs, proposing assessment-based training and blending methods to maximize training effectiveness. In the planner products business, we provide a variety of tools to support business professionals in time and information management, including long-selling products, business planners, calendars, household account books, diaries, and digital tools. The publishing business, our oldest division, supports the acquisition of knowledge for companies and individuals, mainly in production management, and meets the intellectual needs of a wide range of business professionals through diverse publications.

Responsibilities

手帳事業における海外市場での事業拡大をリードいただきます。具体的には:

• 各国EC店舗の運営（アメリカ、中国、東南アジア、ヨーロッパなど）
• SNS運用（TikTok／Instagram／Facebookほか）
• 海外代理店の営業窓口・関係構築※反響営業
• 出荷業務の社内外調整・日程管理
• 市場調査、販売計画、交渉条件の整理

※海外出張の頻度は低いです

Requirements

必須条件:下記の条件にすべて該当する方

• 海外営業の実務経験3年以上（業界不問）
• 英語を活かした実務経験（英語で契約書の読解・作成ができるレベル）
• ビジネスレベルの英会話力

歓迎条件:

• SNSマーケティングの実務経験
• 海外向けSNSアカウントの運営・管理経験
• 海外代理店の開拓・折衝経験
• EC店舗運営の経験（プラットフォーム運営、数値管理、販促）
• 中国事業（EC、BtoB）実務経験や中国語の語学力（会話レベル）
