Company overview

We support the business growth of our group companies and manage their operations. Aiming to make "the lives of people around the world more enjoyable," we are building a global entertainment network. We operate amusement facilities and karaoke chains across the country, and we also engage in a wide range of entertainment businesses, including character merchandising, food and beverages, and content and promotions (such as movies and interactive content). We have expanded not only domestically but also to North America, China, Taiwan, the UK, and the Middle East, aiming to increase the overall amount of joy circulating in the world.

Responsibilities

主に、以下のような業務を担当していただきます。(１)予算編成

• 中期経営計画、連結・単体予算の策定 / ローリング
• グループ企業の予算編成サポート
• 各事業のKPI定義
• 予算編成業務の設計

(２)予実管理

• 連結およびグループ企業の予算と実績の比較・分析
• 経営陣へのレポーティング
• 進捗状況のフィードバック、課題に対する解決策の提案
• グループ企業の予実管理サポート
• 予算管理業務の設計

(３)M&A関連業務

• M&A時の計画策定
• M&A後のPMI

Requirements

必須要件:【英語力】

• 会話：海外現地スタッフとのコミュニケーションが可能なレベル
• 読解：英文の財務諸表を読解できるレベル

【以下のいずれかに該当する方】

•  事業会社での予算策定・管理経験
•  予算編成・予実管理に必要な会計知識

歓迎要件:

• 上場企業での実務経験がある方
• 米国会計基準（US-GAAP）を適用している企業での実務経験がある方
• 米国公認会計士（USCPA）資格を有する方
