Responsibilities

• ビジネスステークホルダーと協力し、CDTサービスが必要な要件やプロジェクトを定義・優先順位付け。
• 9名のCDTチームをリードし、成長とエンゲージメントを促進。
• コスト・効果分析やビジネスケース作成を通じて、デジタル能力ロードマップを策定し、戦略実行を支援。
• グローバルのデジタル機能を活用し、日本でのデジタルトランスフォーメーションを推進。
• 業務要件やプロセスを分析し、改善提案やソリューション導入。
• テスト計画の策定、品質基準の実行、エンドツーエンドのテスト管理。
• システム関連プロジェクトのリーダーとして戦略的イニシアチブを推進。
• アプリケーションの運用サポート、障害対応、問題解決の迅速化。
• 業務手順や技術サポート資料の整備。
• ベンダーとの関係構築とパフォーマンス管理。

Requirements

必須要件

• 情報システム、コンピュータサイエンス等の学士号
• テクノロジー分野で10年以上のリーダー経験
• マネジメント経験
• B2B/B2Cシステムのソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル管理経験（要件定義～運用）
• アジャイル型IT組織での経験（JIRA、Confluence使用経験）
• 小売POS、ERP、SAP、オムニチャネルプラットフォームの導入・運用経験
• CRM、会員システムの管理経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
