• -Accelerate new sales in Asia by building a strong pipeline, acquiring strategic customers, and increasing regional market share in line with global growth objectives. 
• -Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty among large Asian accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• -Build and develop a high-performing commercial team across Japan, Korea, Malaysia, and China to drive collaboration, consistency, and regional growth.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership in a fragmented and rapidly changing organization.
• Proven ability to operate effectively within a complex global matrix environment.
• Experienced in hierarchical people management, with the ability to lead and develop diverse teams.
• Strong track record in generating new sales and expanding market presence.
