Responsibilities

お客様が同社を知って、お申し込み検討のために最初に触れるTOP、料金プラン、製品情報、キャンペーン、オプションサービス、ショップ・エリア情報、お客様サポート、新規コンテンツページ等の制作ディレクション、運用、改善を担当。社内のさまざまな部署と協働し、新規ページの作成や既存ページの改善ディレクション、運用業務を実施いただきます。

• ワイヤーフレーム作成
• リリースまでの案件進行管理
• UXライティング
• A/Bテスト等のページ改善、社内ツールを利用したパーソナライズ機能の活用
• アクセス分析やレポート作成
• ワークフロー改善

Requirements

必須条件:

• Web制作進行管理、制作ディレクションの経験
• ワイヤーフレーム作成、UI設計の経験
• ビジネス部門、制作担当との円滑なコミュニケーションスキル

歓迎要件:

• チームマネージメントやプロジェクトマネジメントの経験
• UXデザインに関する知識
