Responsibilities

（1）工場生産品に関する生産計画業務の実践（2）生産計画メンバーの統率とチーム運営の実施（3）SAPにおけるMPS/MRPの実践及び最適化（4）PO/FOなど生産手配/発注処理の実施（5）在庫管理の実施（過剰在庫及び長期不稼働在庫の撲滅）（6）Delivery管理の実践（顧客納期遵守率の向上と遅延の撲滅）（7）ダウンタイム削減と生産効率改善を意識した生産計画の立案と製造部門との連携（8）ロジスティックス費用の削減及び最適化に向けた活動の実践（9）年次TEOA活動への参画とAction Plansの実行

Requirements

必須条件:

• 生産計画業務に対する知見と経験
• 関係部門を突き動かす強い推進力
• コミュニケーションスキル
• 英語を使用しての業務経験
• データマネジメントスキル（データ分析力）
• エクセル及びパワーポイントを駆使しての業務経験
• ロジスティックス業務（物流及び倉庫運営）経験尚可
• PCスキル（Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須）
• 普通自動車運転免許
