営業およびリーダーシップの能力を開発し、現場のマネージャーをコーチングし、チームのパフォーマンスを直接向上させる影響力のあるトレーニングプログラムを推進することを目的としています。
営業、リーダーシップ、および主要顧客管理プログラムの設計と提供をリードし、認定を実施し、デジタルおよび対面のトレーニングツールを活用します。
ビジネスリーダーや国際的なL&Dコミュニティとの戦略的な協力が含まれ、出張が20〜30%あります。

━━━Main Duties━━━
  •  Strengthing Field Force expertise in Selling skills, Field coaching, Leadership skills and key account management
  •  Meet the training and development needs of Company commercial teams in line with the strategy and business priorities of Japan & Korea. 
  •  Provide expertise in the implementation of priority training and development actions.
  •  Serve as a single point of contact for the Company International L & D management.
  • 20~30% business travel is required.

    ━━━Responsibilities━━━
    <Leading Japan L&D (75%)>
    • Identify the priority training and development needs of sales teams (sales force, key account managers, sales managers, marketing, and technical teams)
    • Develop the annual training plan and budget based on Company's strategic issues and cluster priorities
    • Implement a standard of training excellence at Company in line with IL&D and with Japan directions.
    • Coordinate and structure the Onboarding training plan for new commercial colleagues.
    • Create and update training content according to the need.
    • Collaborate to evaluate annually the level of technical and commercial skills of the sales force with technical and marketing partners
    • Ensure certifications for products, diagnostics, KAM skills, leadership (Lead for Success) and Marketing Excellence programs. Execute engaging face-to-face training and digital training tools (LMS, Zoom, IL&D Learning Portals, Power BI, Teach Up, etc.)
    • Develop the skills of "Coach" managers through field actions of "coach the coach" (minimum 3 face to face Field activities with sales force including sales managers per month)
    • Measure the impact of training and coaching actions on the performance and level of expertise of employees, by conducting gap analysis, providing appropriate recommendations and corrective actions.
    • Prepare, implement and monitor training courses as part of product launches and sales cycle meetings (POAs).
    • Promote and implement Company training programs and tools such as Solution selling and field force effectiveness platforms
    <Leading Korea L&D (25%)>

    Requirements

    ■必須
    • 人材開発、成人教育、生物学、製薬、獣医学、または農食品科学などの関連分野での大学の学位
    • 営業、キーアカウント管理、マーケティングの経験
    • ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
    • ビジネスレベル以上の日本語スキル
    • 商業分野での経験の実績
    • マイクロソフト、ソーシャルメディア、およびデジタルツールの習熟
