Responsibilities

各種事業投資に関する調査・情報収集・分析・立案・組成および実行ならびに事業投資実施後の案件管理を行う部署です。具体的には:※以下の業務の中から，本人の適性を見て担当を決定します。

• 合弁企業設立・プロジェクトファイナンス・スタートアップ投資などに関する調査・情報収集・分析・立案・組成および実行、並びに投資後の案件管理
• 投資にかかわる社内会議体の運営・管理／事業投資に関わる外部リソースの活用と管理
• その他投資支援に必要な業務

とりわけ、ドキュメンテーション、出資・ファイナンスストラクチャー（含：ファイナンスモデル）に関わる分析、評価、助言、提案が主な業務となります。これらの業務を通じて、プロジェクトファイナンス等のスキルをさらに発展させる機会を提供します。

Requirements

必須条件:

• ビジネス英語力
• 事業投資・M&A・プロジェクトファイナンス組成等の経験者、または投資業務における財務・税務・法務の知識がある方
• 新規事業の創出に意欲のある方

歓迎条件:

• 公認会計士・税理士・弁護士資格など事業投資に必要とされるスキルに役立つ資格・学位・証明書を保有されている方（および現在資格取得中の方）

※特に海外での上記資格、またはMBAなどの学位を取得されている方、商社・メーカー勤務での海外のプロジェクトファイナンス経験を持つ方大歓迎です。
