Responsibilities

• 同社と長期契約中のお客様のDC内におけるサーバー機器、ストレージ、ロードバランサー、NW機器などの設置・撤去作業をリードします。
• お客様が求める品質、期限、価格でプロジェクトを達成するため様々なステークホルダーと連携を主体的にとって頂きます。また、チームの成長を支援し、技術的なリードを行います。
• 社内外の様々なリソース管理（人員、工数、費用等）を行います。

具体的には:

• 作業単位の要件の把握と作業管理、コスト管理
• 海外・国内顧客及び外注ベンダーとのコミュニケーション（会議及び電話等）
• 顧客システム上での作業情報収集、進捗アップデート
• 社内外リソース管理
• データセンターでの作業実施、立ち合い、進捗管理、報告
• 会議や作業での海外メンバーとの英語での会話や通訳

Requirements

必須条件:

• オンサイトエンジニアの業務経験
• 機器の設置・撤去のリード経験
• 3年以上の日本語および英語環境でのIT系業務の経験
• 海外との作業や会議中における通訳経験
• 英語での報告書作成経験
• 出張、夜間作業等にある程度柔軟に対応できる方（代休等きちんと取得できます)

歓迎条件:

• 各種メーカー資格（Dell、NetApp等）
