Responsibilities

【具体的な業務例】Microsoft 365を初めとしたコラボレーション領域のサービスを中心に業務を推進、新しいサービスの構想、企画、開発、展開、既存サービスの改善を取纏め、技術的な観点を含めてプロジェクト、チームメンバをリード、マネジメントを行っていただきます。【入社後すぐの業務】Microsoft 365環境の整備に関する以下業務を担当いただきます。

• 独自のMicrosoft 365環境(現在構築中)への旧環境からのデータ移行

【入社6か月～1年以降】Microsoft 365、Box、Web会議をはじめとしたコラボレーション関連のサービス開発・改善・維持に関する以下業務を担当いただきます。

• 最新技術動向を踏まえた、サービスのあるべき姿、必要な機能/新サービスの検討
• 自部署/他部署の推進する最新技術/サービスに関するMicrosoft 365を活用したサービスの方針検討、実装とりまとめ

Requirements

必須条件:Microsoft365全般に関する知識、グローバル対応に向けた英語能力(TOEIC（R）テスト700程度)及び、下記いずれかのご経験やスキルをお持ちの方：

• IT商材の企画、開発、運用保守 いずれかの経験（目安：3年以上）
• WindowsOS、IPネットワーク、認証などのIT技術に関係する一般知識
• 技術情報調査、理解に支障のないレベルの英語力
• 開発チームマネジメントのために必要なコミュニケーション能力、文章作成能力を有すること
