Responsibilities

同社のトランスポーテーション統括部にて、航空機リースビジネスに内在するリスクを洗い出し、リスク管理、計測の態勢を企画・立案し、運営する業務を担って頂きます。【市場/流動性リスク管理】市場/流動性リスクの計測および定期モニタリング、管理体制の高度化に係る企画立案/運営【統合リスク管理】リスク資本の計測および定期モニタリング、計測モデルの高度化に係る企画立案/運営【アセットリスク/信用リスク管理】アセット/与信ポートフォリオの管理、審査/決裁権限の基準等の審査体制に係る企画立案/運営【海外航空機リース会社と協働し上記リスク管理業務を行うとともに、同社社内関連部署及び株主と連携】

Requirements

必須条件:

• 金融セクターや商社におけるリスク管理の企画業務経験
• 金融工学/統計学の基礎知識
• TOEIC800点以上

歓迎条件:

• 海外駐在経験
• 海外子会社に係る経営管理経験(計数管理/施策立案など)
• Python、R等のプログラミング言語を利用したデータ解析
