Responsibilities

• 海外事業子会社の経営戦略/予算/中期経営計画の策定、プロジェクトマネジメント
• 組織ガバナンスの構築、管理（会計税務/コンプライアンス/ガバナンス/リスク管理/IT/セキュリティ等）
• 計数管理/モニタリング、業績報告のとりまとめ
• 経営層へのレポーティング
• 個別案件（M&A/PMI）への関与　等

Requirements

必須要件:

• 海外事業子会社の管理実務経験2年以上（業界不問）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力

• 海外駐在/海外業務経験
• 不動産ファンド等向けのファイナンス経験
• M&Aの実務経験
• 経理/会計/税務（特に国際税務）の知識
• 財務/ファイナンス知識
• 法務/コンプライアンス知識
• 経営管理知識
