- Responsibilities
- 下記が主な業務となっておりますが、メイン業務は①の代理店報酬体系に関する企画となります。①代理店報酬体系の企画・運営（メイン業務）会議体へ提出する資料作成（Power Point/日英）や報酬規定規定作成（Word）、数値シミュレーション（Excel）の作成等②代理店向けシステムの開発・運営デジタル化推進などをとおして営業生産性拡大・事務効率改善をステークホルダーと共同して推進・実現※システム開発人材は既にチーム内に在籍しているため、システム開発スキルは必須ではありません③業績管理Access・マクロ・VBAなどハイレベルなPCスキルを駆使したツールの作成・メンテナンス
