Responsibilities

事業部門のパートナーとして、人事のプロフェッショナルな視点から事業目標の達成を支援します。事業部門の成長を加速させるため、採用、組織開発、人材育成、労務管理など、多岐にわたる人事課題を解決します。具体的な業務内容:

• 事業部門の責任者やマネージャーと連携し、組織の課題を特定し、人事施策を企画・実行
• 人材育成・評価制度の運用および改善提案
• 組織変更や異動のサポート
• 部門内の採用戦略の立案と実行サポート

Requirements

必須条件:

• 事業会社での人事経験（HRBP、人事企画、採用、労務いずれか）を3年以上
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC(R)テスト800点以上、あるいはクライアントと英語で会話ができるレベル）

歓迎条件:

• ビジネス英語経験
• 多様な国籍のメンバーとの共同業務経験
• 取締役会等の経営層との定常的なコミュニケーション経験
• HRBPとしての実務経験
• ITあるいはゲームなど特定業界での就業経験
• 労働法規に関する知識
• チームマネジメント経験
