Responsibilities

• ワールドワイドでの モールド材料技術ベンチマーク（最新技術リサーチ）
• 低コスト＆高信頼性材料の開発（既存材料からの置き換え、コスト算出）
• BCMを考慮したメーカ/材料認定
• 組立性評価メニューの作成と実行（製造拠点への指示）
• PKG解析（自社評価ラボでの解析、SAT、X線、SEM、断面解析等）
• 評価結果作成、レビュー
• 材料変更の計画作成、変更申請の推進
• 量産不具合発生時の拠点への技術アドバイスとメーカへのフィードバック
• 若手エンジニアの育成指導

Requirements

必須条件：

• 半導体後工程材料（モールドレジン）の技術開発経験（5年以上）
• 半導体後工程プロセス（モールド）の技術開発経験（5年以上）
• 技術系学位（機械、材料、電子、化学など）

歓迎条件：

• 材料メーカでの有機材料技術開発経験
• OSATでの開発従事経験
• 海外勤務、海外渡航経験

6.8 - 8.2 million yen
