Responsibilities

• 3PLフルフィルメントセンターの日常業務（入荷、返品、保管、注文処理、出荷）の監督（対象：メインライン、アウトレット、デジタルチャネル）
• 新店舗オープン、社内外イベント、ポップアップなどのプロジェクト支援
• 週次レビュー・月次サービスレベル会議の主導、パフォーマンス監視と改善提案
• 社内各部門（MD／プランニング、小売、デジタル、SC、財務）と3PLの窓口
• グローバル・リージョナル物流チームとの標準化・報告・コンプライアンス調整
• KPI（注文精度、リードタイム、コスト効率、生産性、保管効率）の追跡・分析・報告
• 不適合（破損、誤包装、返品など）の管理と是正措置の推進
• 3PLによる定期棚卸（年次・半期）の計画・監督

Requirements

必須条件：

• サプライチェーン、物流、経営関連の学士号
• 物流・フルフィルメント・SC業務経験5年以上（3PL経験者歓迎）
• 英語：流暢または上級レベル

歓迎条件：

• ラグジュアリーファッション、プレミアム小売、EC経験があれば尚可
