Responsibilities

航空・宇宙・防衛事業領域全体の品質戦略を担う同部にて、以下のような業務を幅広くお任せいたします。

• 事業領域全体の品質保証体制の戦略立案、既存のQMSにおける体制・仕組みの検討やDX化の推進 
• 品質保証に対する従業員の意識と知識・力量の向上を目的とした品質関連の教育・研修カリキュラムの再構築 
• 航空宇宙・防衛産業に特化した品質マネジメントシステムに関する国際規格（JISQ 9100）に準拠しつつ、他の国際的な品質規格・要求を踏まえたより幅広い社内の品質マネジメントシステムの制定に向けた国内外企業との協議・調整
• QMSや業務プロセスにおける品質保証上のリスクを洗い出す監査（往査）指揮、およびリスクへの支援等の品質保証活動

Requirements

必須条件:

• QMSの構築や改革に関わった経験
• 英語力（TOEIC(R)テスト：600点以上）※尚可：ビジネスレベルあるいは700点以上

歓迎条件:

• 高い品質要求が求められる業界での品質保証経験 
• ものづくりの一連のプロセスにおける知識や経験をお持ちの方
