Responsibilities

• 当社出資事業体の管理/運営支援担当
• 新規事業 創造担当
• 当グループ内の小規模組織マネジメント（チームリーダー）
• 当グループ運営（GL）
• 海外極・拠点の商用車ビジネス責任者（海外赴任）

Requirements

必須要件：

• ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC730点以上）
• 忍耐力、挑戦心、ガッツ（気合）のある人間性
• 海外代理店、メーカー、架装メーカーや社内等様々な関係者と円滑に業務を遂行するためのコミュニケーション力および調整力
• 一人称で業界や国を学び、チャレンジ精神をもって担当業務を推進する力
• 新しいことを学びたいという強い意欲・好奇心

歓迎要件：

• 輸出トレーディング業務の経験
• 自動車（商用車なら尚良し）に関する経験
• 海外出張・駐在経験
