Responsibilities

• 不良補償請求交渉と合意形成
• お取引先に対して、瑕疵を示しお取引先、両社の責任を交渉し合意形成を図る。
• 上記合意内容に基づくお取引先との契約締結
• 海外拠点や協業他社と連携した不良補償請求業務の企画提案
• 新たな業務領域における業務プロセスの構築を企画し、関係部門に提案実行を行う。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 複数の利害関係者がいる中で、自身で着地点を見つけ、話をまとめたご経験

歓迎条件：

• ビジネスレベルの英語力
