Responsibilities

このポジションでは、単なる「営業」や「購買」ではなく、事業全体を俯瞰しながら最適な調達と供給を実現する役割を担います。マリンの「リギング用品」と呼ばれる、多様な部品や船外機周辺用品についてまずは商材の理解をしていただき、物品の月度管理からお任せします。マリンのメイン市場については海外であり、グローバルに活躍いただきます。

• サプライヤーとの交渉を通し、必要な部品・用品を最適に仕入れる
• 新規マリン用品の販売に向けて、社内での整合・海外拠点など関係者との調整を行う
• 世界中での販売数をコントロールし、物流の安定化を図る

◎調達から需給調整までを一気通貫で担っていただきますので、幅広い知識・スキルを身に着けていただけます。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方: 実務使用経験の有無は問いませんが、グローバル市場に対しての英語でのコミュニケーションが発生いたします
• 在庫管理・仕入れ・物流関連の知識を持ち、サプライヤーとの折衝経験をお持ちの方
• PowerPoint、Excelの実務使用経験（マクロを得意とされている方はより歓迎いたします）
