Responsibilities

• 当社化学分析機器である、LC、LC/MSのコールセンター業務全般。（リモートエンジニア業務）　
• 当社のコールセンターで、お客様からの上記担当製品に関する操作およびアプリケーションなどの技術的なご質問に回答して頂きます。
• フィールドの状況によっては、フィールドエンジニアとして、故障診断および修理などを実施して頂きます。サポート商品の販売促進など、幅広い業務をお任せいたします。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 学歴・資格
• 化学、電気、機械などの専攻卒（高専卒以上）
• 普通自動車運転免許
• 経験/知識/姿勢
• LC, LC/MSの分析機器のエンジニア業務もしくはユーザーとしての経験が３年以上。
• 英語（TOEIC(R)テスト500点相当）

5.5 - 7.5 million yen
