Responsibilities

ご契約者さま専用ウェブサイトのシステム開発に従事いただきます。具体的に期待する役割は下記です。【オペレーションチームと協働し、ビジネスプロセスを定義、顧客体験を最適化していく】

• 担当するプロダクトに関して、ビジネスプロセスやワークフロー、ユースケースについての知識を維持する
• 担当するプロダクトについて、コアとなるケイパビリティや機能、また制限事項について理解する
• プロセスの自動化や標準化をサポートする
• 新しいニーズを引き出し、業務及びシステム要件定義をおこなう
• 新たなテクノロジーや機能を探求し、会社の戦略にアラインすることを評価し提案する
• 既存のアセットを確実に活用していく

【プロダクトオーナーと密接に働き、Squadで実施されるべき責務を完了する】

• 必要なガバナンスプロセスに準拠する
• 導入のアプローチを立案する

【システム開発やメンテナンスの調整を行いSquad内のオペレーションが円滑に行われることを確実にする】

• リリース準備（例：Release Managementへの承認を得たドキュメントの提出、レビュー実施等）と夜間もしくは早朝リリース作業
• （ビジネスに対する窓口：Single Point of Contactとして）インシデント（障害）の優先順位付けを行い対応し、根本原因の特定および問題解決のためにデベロッパー（開発者）をサポートする

Requirements

必須条件:

• クラウド上でのオープンアプリケーション構築経験
• 問題解決や分析における、ログやコードの分析スキルや経験
