Responsibilities

■目的：当社では、セキュリティを重要な販売ポイントと考えています。Operational Resilience & Physical Security（ORPS）チームは、セキュリティ部門の核心を担う存在です。Operational Resilience & Physical Securityのマネージャーは、組織の運営継続、危機管理（大規模なサイバーセキュリティインシデントを含む）、および物理的セキュリティ機能を確保するチームをリードし、管理する役割を担います。この役割には、戦略的計画の立案、予算管理、運営監督、チームのリーダーシップ、および継続的な改善活動が含まれます。これにより、様々なセキュリティ脅威や運営の中断から組織を保護します。
■業務内容：◇オペレーショナルレジリエンス

• オペレーショナルレジリエンスプログラムを管理
• 危機対応と復旧作業をリード
• 危機時の対応と復旧を指導および調整
• 災害復旧計画とテストを監督
• ビジネス影響分析と事業継続計画を推進
• 緊急物資の在庫管理と訓練／演習を実施

◇物理的セキュリティ

• アクセス制御や監視などの物理的セキュリティ対策を監督
• 従業員と経営陣の旅行セキュリティプログラムを管理
• 人事部と連携し健康と安全プログラムをサポート

◇予算およびリソース管理

• 予算の作成、監視、管理
• 内部スタッフ、契約者、ベンダーとの関係を管理

◇報告および継続的改善

• セキュリティとレジリエンス活動に関する定期報告書の作成
• 評価、改善、計画更新プログラムを管理

◇チームリーダーシップおよび開発

• チームメンバーの指導、動機付け、目標達成支援
• スタッフの規則、基準、規制遵守を確保

Requirements

■必須条件：

• セキュリティ、レジリエンス、またはITインフラ管理における5～8年の関連経験
• セキュリティインシデント対応、災害復旧、大規模ITインシデントの処理に関連する技術的なITスキル（セキュリティツール、インシデント分析、インフラストラクチャの知識を含む）
• 予算管理およびベンダー管理の経験

■歓迎条件：

• 関連する認証経験（例：CISSPなどのセキュリティ認証、CBCPなどのBCM／DR認証）
