Responsibilities

• 関連組織と連携し、戦略的および業務的（ビジネス/財務）計画プロセスとパフォーマンス管理を担当し、目標達成に向けて取り組んでいただきます。また、財務結果や顧客の嗜好、外部要因の変化に応じて、適切なビジネスアクションを確保していただきます。
• ファイナンスチームの一員として、ヘルスシステムジャパンの組織費用の計画とパフォーマンス管理も担当します。この役割では、社内の複数の部門と協力し、年間予算の計画や四半期ごとの予測を行います。財務計画・分析のリソースのサポートを受けながら、財務結果の変動や予算との乖離に対応します。
• この役割では、日本の精密診断ビジネスチームの主要メンバーとして、ファイナンス部門トップに報告し、精密診断ビジネスリーダーや成長地域のファイナンス部門トップと連携します。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 大規模なマトリックス組織、できれば国際環境での財務経験
• 会計、財務計画および分析の経験を持つファイナンス・ビジネス・パートナーとしての実績
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力
