Responsibilities

• 経営計画の策定
• 経営計画に基づいた事業管理
• 経営層に対してのレポート、予測型データドリブン経営への取り組み
• 会社経営における内部統制活動、意思決定サポート（決裁事務局）
• 取締役会に基づく重要案件の対応

Requirements

• 企業の財政状況を分析し、戦略的な投資判断をサポートする財務管理スキル
• 会社法対応、内部統制活動（主に意思決定サポート）の経験・知識
• 英語でのコミュニケーション力　（会話・読み書き共に業務では発生します）
• これまで経験のない新たな分野に対して学ぶ意欲
• クリティカルシンキング、課題解決能力、論理的思考力

歓迎条件:

• 日系大手企業にて取締役会議事録作成経験をお持ちの方
• 日商簿記検定（2級以上）
