Responsibilities

ICP-MSは、無機元素を高感度分析する装置です。水道水・河川水に含まれる有害元素の測定をはじめ、土壌中の微量金属、鉱物資源の分析、各種材料・製品中に含まれる規制対象元素の検出、食品中の有害元素・ミネラル分の分析、医薬品の安全性評価、生体試料の分析、半導体材料やその製造工程で使用する薬品、超純水中の不純物の測定など、社会、環境の安全性を維持し、生活の利便性を向上させるためのさまざまな用途で幅広く使用されています。
業務内容： 

• ICP-MS（誘導結合プラズマ質量分析装置）を担当し、社内エンジニア向けに様々なテクニカルサポートを行い、ICP-MSビジネスの成長に貢献する。
  • 社内フィールドサービスエンジニア・リモートエンジニア等からの技術的な問い合わせに対応し、海外の各チームとも協業しビジネスをサポートする。
  • 新製品ローンチ時のテクニカルサポート戦略を考え、既存製品についてもポストセールスのサポート戦略を考え、社内フィールドサービスエンジニアに対し製品の説明・トレーニング等行う。
  • トレーニング資料準備。
  • 機械知識や化学知識を活用しエスカレーション対応行う。
  • 状況により、セールス、マーケティング、プリセールス、品質保証担当とコミュニケーションし、製品が必要な機能を確保している事を確認し適性なコストが設定されるようにする。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 大卒同等以上であること
• ICP-MS関連のエンジニアとしてのご経歴があること（ICP-MSサービスエンジニア、R&D, QA、及びICP-MSユーザ経験等可）
• 日本語と英語の両方が堪能で、コミュニケーションができること（ビジネスレベル英会話。マネージャーがイギリスです。）
• 多国籍の文化の中で勤務頂ける方。
