Responsibilities

• 同社の職務権限表に従った調達承認を円滑・確実に実行できるよう、オペレーションフローの整備から承認会議体の運営、稟議書やマニュアル等ドキュメント管理や、調達予定案件や承認履歴等の管理ツール整備などを実行する役割を担います。
• 各種タスクの実行に当たっては調達オペレーション部内の各部門とはもちろん、調達依頼部署である事業部門やガバナンス、リーガル等のコーポレート部門といった関連部門のほか、同社のエグゼクティブへのレポートや依頼等のコミュニケーションも発生します。

Requirements

必須条件

• 業務内容に関連するご経験3年以上
• ビジネスレベルのコミュニケーションスキル
• ビジネスレベルのオフィスアプリケーションスキル
