Responsibilities

• レーザーモジュールのアッセンブリプロセス開発及び工程の立ち上げや、レーザーモジュールパッケージの設計及び実装プロセス開発を担当していただきます。
• ＜業務フェーズ＞
  • 仕様検討～評価・テストまでの一連業務
• ＜使用ツール＞
  • 光学測定に必要なツール

Requirements

必須条件：

• LD又はLED等の設計開発又はプロセス開発経験
• 英語力

歓迎条件：

• ライン設計や量産ラインの立ち上げ
