Responsibilities

• 事前準備作業／招集通知作成、想定QA作成、進行シナリオ作成、リハーサル実施
• 当日運営業務
• 株式実務対応、株主対応
• 統合報告書、株主通信、中間報告書作成
• 個人株主・投資家に向けた情報発信、問い合わせ対応

Requirements

必須条件：

• 豊富な株主総会実務経験と会社法への深い見識
• TOEIC(R)テスト750点以上

歓迎条件：

• 会社法務士認定試験
• ビジネス実務法務検定2級以上
