Our client is a leading company in automotive technology innovation, focusing on the development of high-precision automotive parts and systems. We specialize in utilizing "Level 4" autonomous driving technology to support long-distance logistics in Japan. We provide customized solutions using cutting-edge technology and are dedicated to improving quality control and production efficiency. We are advancing the project to realize trunk transportation services with autonomous trucks, combining the comprehensive power of a major Japanese trading company with AI technology.

Responsibilities

• 自動運転システムの構成部品（LiDAR、Radar、カメラ、GNSS／IMU、ECU、通信や電源など）に係る購買ワークフローとシステム構築を含む試作購買体制の企画と運用
• コントラクター選定ポリシーや持続可能なサプライチェーン取組方針を考慮し、担当部品の購買戦略の立案と実行
• 国内外を問わず、開発・試作サプライヤーの開拓、選定と管理（取引先との価格、納期交渉、契約業務を含む） など

Requirements

必須条件：

• 製造業でのバイヤー、ソーシング実務3年以上
• 電気・電子、メカ部品の技術および製造プロセスに関する知見
• 社内外パートナーと良好で強固な関係を構築した経験と交渉・折衝能力
• 資料作成スキル（MS365 又はG suiteの使用経験）

• 試作・開発購買領域での調達実務経験
• ゼロから新しい取り組みを立ち上げた具体的な経験がある方
• 自動車および車載製品の購買実務経験
• エンジニア、ソフトウェア開発の経験
• プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
