Responsibilities

• 先行開発部署と連携し、次世代システムの機能構想を作成
• 商品企画部門と協議の上、車種横断の採用戦略案を策定し、社内提案を実施
• その他、既存機能のUpdate等に関する横断採用戦略の策定

Requirements

必須条件

• 製造業において、3年以上のソフトウェア開発経験または商品企画経験を有する方
• 英語力（目安：TOEIC(R)テスト600点程度、メールでのコミュニケーション及び資料作成が可能なレベル）
• 複数名のメンバーを束ねるチームマネジメントの経験

歓迎条件

• 自動車業界において、開発経験または商品企画経験を有する方
