Responsibilities

• 火災爆発、自然災害における危険を様々な業種において専門技術を駆使して高レベルのサーベイレポートを作成する。
• 日本ビジネスだけでなく、グローバルアカウントのためのサーベイを実施し、リスクサーベイレポートを作成、お客様のリスク向上のためのレポートを作成する。
• 他損保やブローカーの作成したレポートを使ってデスクトップ評価を行う。
• 2回目以降のサーベイでは、前回のリスク改善のフォローアップを行う。
• 必要に応じて（有料の）リスクエンジニアリングサービスを行う。
• 必要な時にアンダーライターに技術的なアドバイスを行う。
• ビジネスパートナーやお客様にリクエストがあれば防災トレーニングを行う。
• 必要な時に契約を獲得するためにアンダーライターを支援する。
• 定期的にマネージャーにマネジメントレポートを提出する。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 建物構造、電気設備、ボイラー、消火設備の安全性評価
• 火災・爆発・自然災害等のリスク分析
• NFPA基準やFM基準などの国際基準に基づく安全性評価
• 消火設備・防災設備の適合性判断
• リスクアセスメントレポート作成（COPE（Construction, Occupancy, Protection, Exposure）分析能力ならびにLoss Estimation作成能力）
• 損害防止策・改善提案の提言
