We are a university-originated venture company in the field of chemistry. Our main activities include research, development, sales, and maintenance of on-site ammonia supply systems, as well as research, development, manufacturing, and sales of ammonia synthesis catalysts and related products. We possess the world's first technology for synthesizing ammonia, originating from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, which has revolutionized the concept of ammonia synthesis technology, which has been in existence for over 100 years. We have raised approximately 6 billion yen in total funding, making us one of the top startups in Japan in terms of fundraising from various venture capital firms and major corporations, and we are aiming for an IPO.

Responsibilities

• 新規プロセスの技術検証・商業化に向けた設計・開発業務
• 触媒開発チーム・マーケティング・社内専門部隊・外部設計委託先との共同作業
• プロセス最適化、新規プロセスの考案・アイディア出し
• 化工設計ツールを用いたアンモニア合成プラントの基本設計及び詳細設計　等

Requirements

必須条件:

• 新規プロセスの開発・実証設備の設計や運用の経験
• 議論・設計・開発を率先して円滑に推進できる能力

歓迎条件:

• エンジニアリング企業／石油精製・化学会社等でのプロセス設計・検討経験
• プロセスシミュレータの利用経験
• 高圧ガス設備設計
• 熱交換器の設計および設計ツールの利用経験
• プロセス以外のプロジェクト（安全業務・プラント操業等）の業務経験
