Responsibilities

• 4つの地域に対する全般的な販売サポートを担当
• 海外販売部門の戦略的目標達成に貢献
• 現地事務所や海外販売会社からの生産オーダー・販売予測など、オーダー関連業務の支援
• 新車支払いのフォローアップを通じて、期日通りの出荷を実現
• ノックダウンオペレーション全般のサポート
• eCanterの重要性の高まりを踏まえ、バリューチェーン全体における提供価値拡大を見据えた市場・成長戦略の独自立案
• 定義されたKPIを活用し、目標達成状況を継続的にトラッキング。地域市場との定期的なビジネスレビューを通じて効果的な市場管理を実現
• 市場間でのベストプラクティスやノウハウの積極的な共有を促進し、新たなアイデアの創出を支援
• 現地事務所、同社の他部門、セールスコントローリングとのクロスファンクショナルな連携を推進

Requirements

必須条件:

• 経済学、経営学、産業工学などの分野で学位を取得していること
• 海外販売業務における数年の実務経験（メーカーでの輸出業務経験があれば尚可）
• 戦略的セールスに関する理解があること
• 体系的かつ分析的な思考力を持ち、自主的に業務を遂行できること
• 異文化環境への適応力と、優れたチームワーク力を備えていること
