Responsibilities

ヨーロッパ新車受注管理:

• ヨーロッパ市場からの新車オーダー予測をとりまとめポルトガルの工場及び現地事務所に共有
• 新車オーダーのとりまとめ、およびオプションの巻替え
• ポルトガルの工場への生産依頼（Purchasing Orderの発行）
• オーダーシステムでの生産計画および実績の管理
• クレジットリミットの管理

架装受注管理:

• 架装、スカトリーニの用品および改造の受注管理（ボディービルダーポータル使用）

オーダーシステムマスター管理:

• システムでのヨーロッパ向型式およびオプション（ルール含む）のメンテナンス
• スペックシートの管理

Requirements

必須条件:

• 営業、カスタマーサービスにおける1～2年の実務経験

歓迎条件:

• メーカーでの輸出業務の経験があれば望ましい
• MSオフィスのスキル（エクセル、パワーポイント等）
• コミュニケーションおよび調整スキル
