Responsibilities

• ダイムラートラックからの三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社分離に伴い、ライセンス管理業務を引き継ぎ、法務、独占禁止、コントローリングチームと連携しながら、堅牢なライセンス移行方針を策定する
• ダイムラートラック、三菱ふそうの法務・独占禁止・コントローリング部門と協働し、TSA（移行サービス契約）の移行手法を定義する
• 移行の全フェーズにおいて商業上のリスクを検証・評価する
• エンタープライズアーキテクチャの意思決定を導くガバナンスフレームワークを確立する
• 戦略的目標と整合したエンタープライズアーキテクチャの包括的な移行計画を策定する
• 新しい持ち株会社のシナジーを最大限に活用できる将来のITランドスケープ戦略と、あるべき姿（ビジョン）を設計する

Requirements

必須条件：

• 大規模な国際組織におけるライセンス管理やエンタープライズIT移行の実務経験がある方
• クロスファンクショナルチームのリーダーとして5年以上の経験を有する方
• IT業務およびその移行に関する法務、独占禁止法、コントローリングの知識を十分に有する方
• エンタープライズアーキテクチャのためのガバナンスフレームワークの設計・導入において実践的な経験を持つ方
