Responsibilities

• グローバルなリテール研修事業におけるキーアカウント管理
  • FUSOアカデミーの代表窓口として、MFTBCの主要市場を中心としたすべてのリージョナルセンター（RC）およびリージョナルトレーニングセンター（RTC）と連携します。
  • 各市場の研修ニーズを調整し、年間計画に反映。四半期ごとに関係者と計画の見直しを実施します。
  • 研修が計画通りに実施されるよう管理し、成果を確実に上げる体制を構築します。
  • フィードバックおよび研修実績レポートを収集し、顧客志向の改善策に活用します。
  • すべてのRTCに対して定期的な監査を実施し、研修基準の遵守と高品質な研修・顧客体験の提供を保証します。
  • RTCごとの個別開発計画（IDP）を調整し、FUSOアカデミーのトレーナーが教育プログラムにアクセスできるよう支援します。
• プロジェクト管理
  • 研修の実施・準備、関連プロジェクトの立ち上げに関する業務を追跡・報告し、確実に遂行します。
  • FUSOアカデミーのトレーナー、製品マーケティング、製品管理部門の同僚と緊密に連携します。
  • チーム内ワークショップや改善施策の実施、FUSOアカデミー全体のプロジェクト支援も担当します。

Requirements

業務経験・知識

• ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き・会話）
• 日本語力（読み書き・会話）があれば尚可
• 国際的・異文化プロジェクトにおける3年以上の経験（トレーニングまたは自動車関連であれば尚可）
• 商用車／乗用車業界、またはトレーニング業界での2年以上の実務経験
