Responsibilities

〇部門概要

• CS補用部品物流部は、国内外の補用部品の調達および供給を担当する、非常に複雑かつ実務的な部門です。
• すべての意思決定が顧客満足とビジネス成果に直接影響を与えるため、高い責任感と精度が求められます。
• 輸入サプライヤーマネジメントチームは7名で構成されており、グローバルなサプライチェーンの中で重要な役割を果たしています。

■ 業務内容

• 輸入部品の在庫確保（予測、発注、安全在庫設定など）
• 欠品時の緊急対応（例：緊急空輸の手配）
• 欠品の根本原因分析と継続的改善
• 在庫コストの最適化

Requirements

業務経験・知識

• サプライチェーンマネジメント、需給計画、または関連分野での実務経験
• 高い分析力、向上心、柔軟性、および異文化環境でのコミュニケーション能力
• Excel（上級）、PowerPoint（中級）、think-cell（望ましい）などのITスキル
• SAP（MM、APO、IBPなど）の使用経験（望ましい）
• Power BIの使用経験（望ましい）
• APICSやIBF CPF／ACPFなどの関連資格（望ましい）
