We support the business growth of our group companies and manage their operations. Aiming to make "the lives of people around the world more enjoyable," we are building a global entertainment network. We operate amusement facilities and karaoke chains across the country, and we also engage in a wide range of entertainment businesses, including character merchandising, food and beverages, and content and promotions (such as movies and interactive content). We have expanded not only domestically but also to North America, China, Taiwan, the UK, and the Middle East, aiming to increase the overall amount of joy circulating in the world.

Responsibilities

• PMIを見据えたPre-M&A業務（主にデューデリジェンス）への関与
• M&Aによりグループジョインした会社のPMIの実行
• 担当会社のPMIチームの統括者として、ジョイン後100日プランの策定・実行・モニタリング
• コーポレート部門の統合をメインに、GENDAおよび担当会社の経営陣や管理部門との調整・連携を行い、連結グループへのスムーズな加入を推進

Requirements

• 大学卒業以上
• 財務会計に関する基本的な知識がある方（財務三表の理解、事業計画策定スキル等）

下記いずれかの実務経験がある方:

• 事業会社もしくは監査法人における、管理部門の統括経験
• 経営企画経験（予算策定、子会社管理、M&A、PMI、全社プロジェクトの推進等）
• 事業会社・FAS・戦略コンサルなどでのPMI、ハンズオン支援、またはそれに準ずる実務経験

歓迎条件:

• ビジネスレベル以上の英語力
