Responsibilities

• ERM委員会(委員長は、現在は経営企画を管掌する執行役員)の事務局として、全社のリスクマネジメントの推進(リスクシナリオの設定、各リスクオーナー部門へのリスク評価依頼と結果のとりまとめ、経営会議・取締役会への報告準備、リスクマネジメントに関する開示文書の作成)
• 評価の結果を踏まえたリスク対策の改善提案（本社組織の機構設計と経営陣への提案含む）

Requirements

必須条件

• 次の①～③のいずれかの業務経験があること
  • ①グローバル製造業において、子会社管理業務または本社経営企画業務経験
  • ②コンサルタント会社において、事業会社のERM活動またはグループガバナンスに関する支援業務の経験
  • ③グローバル企業において、リスクマネジメントの経験
