Responsibilities

• 経営者の意思決定や経営戦略の立案・遂行に必要な情報を収集・分析し、報告・提案を行います。
• 経営戦略に必要な情報（地域、国の戦略、産業、顧客、競合、パートナー、法令・規則など）を、オープンソースや独自のネットワークを通じ収集・分析し、報告・提案します。
• 国内外の関連部門との関係構築および情報交換を行います。
• 社外団体や関係省庁との関係構築および渉外活動を行います。
• 各タスクフォースに参加し、プロジェクトを支援します。
• 各ドメイン、セグメント、SBUへ、情報や分析結果を提供します。
• その他全社レベルの経営課題についての特命事項を遂行します。
• 中長期的には、適性を見ながら当グループの調査分析を取り纏めるポジションで活躍することも期待します。

Requirements

• 全社経営戦略の視点から価値ある情報を収集・判断し、それらの情報を分析して、分かりやすく説得力のある形で経営幹部に伝えられる方。
• TOEIC(R)テスト730点以上の語学力

• 論理的思考、仮説と検証を繰り返す思考力、情報分析力、コミュニケーション力
• 海外パートナーとの対話や、英文レポートの読み込みが出来る一定の英語力
