Responsibilities

• S／4 HANAを中心としたグローバル基幹システムの開発チームの管理。多数の開発依頼を、チームメンバのFeasibleなリソースプラン、スケジュールを策定し、期日をKeepするようコントロールする。
• S／4, BTP, BW4, 他SAP製品（FieldGlass, GTS, EWM, SACなど）, RPAの開発標準の整備と、それに従った開発工程のレビュー
• グローバル拠点との連携を前提とした企画・開発業務
• 多国籍、マルチベンダメンバーとの協働
• チームメンバーへの教育・指導・育成

Requirements

• SAP開発における実務経験
• プロジェクトもしくは開発リーダー経験
• 英語でのメール・会話の連携ができるスキル
• 英会話：ビジネス会話可能
• 英文：ビジネス文書可能
• TOEIC(R)テスト：600点以上（目安のため必達ではない）
• 関係者とのコミュニケーション能力

歓迎条件:

• ABAP, CAP, JavaScript, Node.js, UI5, RPAの開発経験、およびリーダー経験
• S／4導入経験
• SAP以外の開発リーダー経験
• テスト自動化ツール導入経験
