Responsibilities

具体的な業務内容:

• 業務効率化の各テーマの進捗・課題を確認する
• プロジェクト間のリソース分配や課題を解決する
• 業務効率化の改善の継続、自走化を目指す

具体的な作業:

• 業務改善プロジェクトにアサインされ、定期的なMTGに参加
• 各部署でのヒアリング
• ソリューションとしてベンダーのツール、RPA、AI活用の検討、開発
• インシデントが起きない体制作り、自動化による工数削減、ヒューマンエラーの防止

Requirements

• オブジェクト指向プログラム経験２年以上（Java／C++／Pythonなど）

歓迎条件:

• RPA開発経験者
• AIエンジニア経験
