Responsibilities

本ポジションでは、顧客の納期に沿った生産/納品計画のスケジュールを実行いただきます。商品や納品スケジュールの可用性を監視し、望ましいオンタイムデリバリー（OTD）と顧客サービスレベルを維持します。業務詳細:

• 顧客のニーズを満たすための生産/納品スケジュールを作成する。
• 納品スケジュールを適時に提供する。
• 必要に応じて顧客のエスカレーションに対応する。
• OTDや売上などの主要業績評価指標（KPI）を監視し維持する。
• 異なる部署や3PL倉庫と協力し、売上目標を達成し顧客の要件を満たす。
• 担当エリアの月次売上を予測する。
• 顧客/サプライヤーのパフォーマンスをタイムリーに監視し、潜在的な問題に対処する。
• 品質、安全性、環境管理システムの要件とリソースがすべてのビジネスプロセスに完全に統合され、利用可能であることを確保する。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 生産管理、物流、または商取引の分野で合計3年以上の経験
• 学士号（機械工学が望ましい）
• 日本語はビジネスレベル、英語は日常会話レベルであることが望ましい
