Responsibilities

【業務概要】同社の半導体製造装置の保守部品や消耗品の海外向け出荷業務を担当していただきます。【業務内容】海外出荷部門として、技術部やサービス部など社内関係部門、及び国際宅配便業者や運送会社など社外協力会社と連携して、以下の業務をメインに担当していただきます。（1）海外出荷業務 （輸出管理、出荷指示、車両・梱包手配、FEDEX手配　など）（2）貿易業務 （フォワーダーとのコレポン、インボイスの作成　など）なお、適性を考慮し、将来的に上記に加えて国内出荷も含めた出荷業務全般を担当していただきます。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 海外出荷業務を3年以上経験されている方
• 実務での英語使用経験またはTOEIC（R）700点以上相当の英語スキルをお持ちの方（メール対応経験で可）
• 基本的なPCスキル（Word、Excel、PowerPoint等）をお持ちの方
