Responsibilities

• 予測（60％）
  • ローカルS&OPを推進し、それがビジネスプロセスとして機能し、業績と将来のトレンドに関する十分な洞察が得られるようにして、質の高い予測を提供
  • 事業戦略や優先事項、期待される目標利益との整合性を確保しながら、継続的改善ソリューションを定義・実施
  • 特にマーケティング、営業、財務、サプライチェーンなど、組織のほとんどの分野と協力関係の構築
• 関連部門との連携とコミュニケーション（20％）
  • デマンド・プランニング・チーム内
  • 物流、営業など関連部門
• その他のサポート（10％）
  • 毎月のトレーニング教材、サンプル、テスターの予測
  • 包装と箱の予測
• 供給計画（10％）
  • 供給計画のサポート

Requirements

必須条件：

• 小売業またはFMCGにおけるサプライチェーン部門での2年以上の経験（S&OP、調達を含む）
• 財務理解／データ分析経験
• ビジネスレベルのExcel、PowerPoint
• 高度ビジネス～流暢な日本語レベル（N1レベル以上）

歓迎条件：

• 需要計画経験
• 化粧品、ファッション／アパレル業界、および/または自社ブランド小売店での経験
