Responsibilities

以下の業務の中から、これまでの業務経験で得た知見を活かせる、あるいはより関心の高い業務を担っていただきます。
業務内容：

• 事業グループ担当役員の意思決定に必要な諸活動、経営計画策定や経営分析、予実管理業務
• 経営計画や事業方針の策定、経営分析・レビューなど
• 経営計画や事業方針を実現するために事業戦略・人事戦略立案の推進と実行
• 予実管理、およびこれに付随した分析、部門・経営層への報告
• 決算対応に伴う経営企画、財経などの連携
• 事業グループの組織風土づくり
• ガバナンス強化

Requirements

必須要件：

• 事業会社における予算策定／予実差異分析などの管理会計・FP＆A業務の経験(３年以上)
