Responsibilities

３つの営業チャネルと、それらのチャネルを有機的に結び付け、新たな付加価値とビジネスモデルを創出する役割を担うMCVP（Multi Channel Value-up Programの略）チャネルがあります。MCVPチャネルではMarketing Partnerと呼ばれる企業・団体との協業や、地方自治体・健保組合・商工会議所と連携による健康経営の普及・促進を通じて、社会課題の解決を図るとともに、新規マーケットの開拓と既存マーケットの深耕を促すことで営業チャネルの業績を下支えしています。このようなビジネス構造のもと、MCVP&HPM企画推進部の主な職務内容は以下になります。業務詳細:

• 部門内会計業務全般（本社・営業店会計）
• コスト管理（実績レポート作成・分析）
• オフィス環境整備、総務全般
• 人事関連業務全般
• 各種管理業務　など

Requirements

必須要件:

• 保険ビジネスに関する基本的な理解
• 金融商品に関する基礎的知識
