Responsibilities

 ■医薬品の開発・製造・販売を行う企業にて法務マネージャーを募集いたします■ 
 テクノロジーに立脚したバイオ医薬品企業として、アンメットニーズに応え、患者さまの生活の質を向上させる新しいスペシャリティ医薬品を提供しています。
 日本での製品販売に加え、神経疾患、消化器疾患、免疫疾患などの分野で広範なパイプラインを開発中です。
 革新的な創薬プラットフォームを活用し、業界をリードする医薬品の開発に取り組んでいます。

• 契約書審査、ドラフト
• M＆A、アライアンス対応、PMI
• 株式報酬制度の法的サポート
• ビジネスプランにおける法的側面を中心とするアドバイス（代替案の提案含む）

Requirements

 ▼必須条件

• 契約書審査においてポイントとなる勘所を掴んでいること
• 日常ビジネスコミュニケーションに必要な英語力

 ▼歓迎条件

• 株式業務を中心とした会社法関連の知識 
• 製薬事業に対応した経験
• ライセンス契約に対応した経験
