Responsibilities

部門長をサポートし、DX全体戦略の立案を行う

各DXプロジェクトの進捗をモニターし、必要に応じて介入・エスカレーションを行う

関連する他のDXプロジェクトや特定のビジネスニーズとの整合性とエンドツーエンドの最適化を確保する

Requirements

必須条件:

• DXを活用した大規模業務改革にチャレンジする意思があること
• DXプロジェクトにプロジェクトマネージャとして参加した経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（ライティング、リーディング、スピーキング）
